Jogging is becoming quite problematic. At any temperature, the outdoor jogging options tend to be very smoggy (running through the underground mail depot between 9th and 10th Ave.s, and then down and back along the West Side Hwy). At anything over about 75 degrees, this becomes down right hazardous. I nearly blacked out last time, and each run inevitably involves a bout of exercise-induced asthma.
Meanwhile, the local city gym has yet to figure out how to properly air condition and ventilate the cardio-machine room. I came out of there yesterday looking like I'd fallen in the pool. Ick.
YOU LIE! The best thing about the OC remains, hot chicks in skimpy bathing suits. And Adam Brody.
